A farmer must get his wolf, chicken, and grain across a river in a boat that can only hold him and one other thing. However, if the chicken is left alone with the wolf, the wolf will eat it. If the grain is left alone with the chicken, the chicken will eat it. Can the farmer get everything across safely?
